Star Notes 🌟 April 5/6, 2023
Dear star community, chaleureuses salutations, 🌷
Welcome to the warm radiance of the Full Moon in Libra, which is exact on April 5 and April 6. Thank you so much for joining me! Allow yourself to get comfortable, take some slow, deep breaths and enjoy this reflection on the cosmic energies flowing at this time.
This Full Moon is all about embracing relaxation and harmonious connection because Libra and its ruler Venus stimulate us to initiate peace, balance, harmony, beauty and relationship . May you feel inspired to do something that will add more love, more peace and more joy in your life.
Healing is another important theme in this Full Moon sky as Chiron, symbol of healing and wisdom is closely conjunct the Sun, opposite the Moon. Jupiter is also aligned with the Sun and Chiron. Jupiter is providing a wonderful support and faith in our Hero’s Journey. Life can definitely feel quite intense, but there is also an influx of light coming in that can help us see our personal and collective shadows with more compassion. We also need deeper rest and relaxation to recalibrate our bodies to the great shifts occurring all around us.
The energy of March, April, May and June are particularly intense this year and it seems like life is moving at warp speed, full-tilt boogie. It’s important to consciously slow down often, catch our breath, and get clear and honest with ourselves in order to maintain that sweet spot of balance as we surf these intense waves of change. Here is a fantastic message that sums up the healing magic and purpose of these times.

The Libra Full Moon is asking us to open our heart a little more, reach out and connect more with people around us. Over the last 3 years of social distancing, many people began to retreat into the inner world. This increased collective introversion did help many people to become more clear and conscious of their deepest personal desires and soul expression. But, it is time to open up again and re-engage with the outside world. Can you feel this new infusion of smooth, peaceful and calming energy from Libra and Venus this week?
We are invited to explore and rediscover some aspects of our individual self that can only be found through relationships. Libra teaches that we naturally exist in equal partnership with everyone and everything in the universe. There are times when we need to tip the Scales of balance quite strongly in some area of our lives to change a pattern and create a new sense of peace and harmony. Then we can flow with more ease, grace and harmony.
The strong presence of Jupiter and Venus at this Full Moon is awakening us to a higher lover of love and joy, which Lee Harris describes as “the active power of hope.” As we step into the new, hope is the spark that can ignite and feed the fire of faith. To me, hope is an expansive vibrational energy that opens new possibilities. Feeling hope can nurture trust and faith in taking the next steps towards the future, which boosts our vitality, courage and confidence in the present.
