Years of imposed social limitation and distancing have conditioned a part of our personal and collective psyche to retreat within and create a subconscious belief that it isn’t safe to go out. I believe that this New Moon and this whole year can strongly energize a desire and instinct to reconnect with our multidimensional self as well as our family, social circles, neighbours, home planet and the endless sky. There is so much beauty in the word! May this New Moon inspire you to deeply enjoy life and savour the beauty in every moment.
As the planet of relaxation, Venus can inspire us to slow down our rhythms so that we can become more aware of our unconscious movement and habit patterns. This was a recent aha moment for me. By slowing down as much as we can, we give ourselves more time to feel, explore and discover our unique and instinctive internal rhythms. Smiling from within carries a contagious frequency that creates smiles in others, and helps us see and appreciate the beauty of who we are on a physical level and in heart, mind and soul.
